Hii, my name is Lua and if you got here it means (maybe) you wanna commission my art.

If that’s the case, here we go, these are my terms of use:

1)TERMS.

All rights are reserved for the Artist. The Artist holds the copyright of the commissioned image.

As copyright owner I have the rights over the illustration, so I'm allowed to use my work like i want to;

refuse a commission for any reason.
use the (finished or in-progress) commissioned image as portifolio
post it anywhere.
let the watermark in the image
the turnaround time is around 1-4 weeks per illustration depending on the complexity.
the files will be in JPEG format and will be sent via a google drive folder.

2)Byuer's permissions.

If the Commissioner want freely crop and reupload the commissioned image for non-commercial means, the price may be changing.

Post it anywhere. (Provided that they give proper credits to the Artist.)
Editing the image (adding filters, animating, etc.) with my explicit permission.
Claim ownership of one OC
The commissioner can't remove the watermark!

3)PAYMENT & PRICING

All the prices depends on the dificult of the ilustration and it'll need to be disscussed, acordding to the commissioned art.

it's all paid with USD
paymets are to be send via Paypal
comissions must be 50% paid before start beeing made.
adding details after i finishing the illutration will change the final price. and i can negate it.
if you want to recieve your commission earlier, you must pay about $5 more.
